Badges will be distributed at the registration desk.
You are required to enter lecture halls, coffee breaks, lunches and social programs (if any) with your name badge.
The Meeting will be conducted in English.
Lunches and Coffee Breaks
Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in the conference and exhibition area.
A commercial and professional exhibition will take place during the conference, parallel to the conference hours.
Climate & Dress Code
The average daily temperature in September-October in Amsterdam is (Minimum to Maximum): 7-15 C° / 45-60 F°. The dress code will be business wear throughout the Conference.

For The Netherlands there are two associated plug types, types C and F. Plug type C is the plug which has two round pins and plug type F is the plug which has two round pins with two earth clips on the side. The Netherlands operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
